About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Toddler Educator to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Toddler Educator, you will be responsible for creating and leading a model classroom, providing a high-quality Montessori education to children aged 0-3 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with Montessori principles and Guidepost Montessori's educational philosophy.
  • Lead a team of educators in the toddler classroom, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Provide regular progress updates to parents and communicate effectively with the school community.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in Montessori education.

Requirements:
