We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team at FeverUp. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Python, Django/Flask, and relevant frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, API design, and API security.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture, message queues, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with testing frameworks, such as Pytest, and testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations.
