Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect Sr. to join our team at Web:. As a key member of our Business Unit Leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectural designs and technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including data models, integrations, workflows, and customizations.
  • Lead and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, mentoring developers on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with Integration Architects to design and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including assessing customer needs and pain points, and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of programming experience with Salesforce.
  • At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
  • Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
  • Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
  • Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.
  • Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
