About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Energizer Holdings, Inc. as a Marketing Assistant, where you will be responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Cycle Execution

Direct responsibility for the execution of annual marketing cycle plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

Consumer Promotion Management

Supervising the execution of consumer promotions, recommending local activities to increase engagement, and collaborating with commercial teams to support visibility, distribution width, and depth solutions.

Local Planning and Collaboration

Local planning and close collaboration with commercial teams to support visibility, distribution width, and depth solutions, and defining the portfolio ranging needs by channel and market.

Administrative Support

Supporting the Brand Manager in A&P tracking, administrative tasks, vendor management, portfolio actions, and data analytics.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience

Degree required with a preference for Business or Marketing. Minimum 2 years of business experience.

Technical Skills

High level of computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Highly proficient English language skills; Arabic will be a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience

CPG background preferred. Demonstrated commercial acumen. Knowledge of Trade Marketing will be preferred. SAP knowledge.
