Chief Technology Officer

Mood Hr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the development of our innovative platform that combines astronomy and blockchain technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

• Technical Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy, driving innovation and execution across the organization.
• Web3 and Blockchain Development: Lead the development and implementation of Web3 architecture, including blockchain-based tokenization systems, to drive business growth and scalability.
• Astronomical Data Processing: Oversee the development of advanced image processing algorithms and tools, enabling the collection and standardization of astronomical data from our network of smart telescopes.
• Scalability and Infrastructure: Design and build scalable, robust, and secure technical infrastructure to support the rapid growth of our platform.
• Team Building and Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team to drive innovation and execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO and other executives to ensure that technical decisions align with overall company strategy and vision.
• Innovation and R&D: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in astronomy, blockchain, and decentralized networks to continuously enhance our platform.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CTO or VP of Engineering.
• Web3 Expertise: Proven experience in developing Web3 applications, with deep knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenization.
• Astronomy Interest: A strong passion for astronomy and space exploration, with basic scientific knowledge in the field.
• Experience with Astronomical or Satellite Image Processing: Highly desirable.
• Data Science: Experience with large datasets and machine learning.
• Security: Expertise in cybersecurity would be valuable.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is often essential for scalable infrastructure.
