About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with our customers and driving sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and sales capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through effective merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  • Place and implement point-of-buy materials to enhance customer engagement.
  • Report on activities to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
