- Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Create, manage, and execute manual and automated testing to ensure software meets requirements and expectations.
- Maintain a high bar for quality and hold releases that don't meet standards.
- Represent the customer's goals and experience using our product.
- Meet sprint goals and ensure quality releases are delivered.
- Support product releases through initial testing and various stages of a release cycle.
- Write clear and concise documentation, including test strategies, plans, test cases, reproduction steps, results, and reports.
- 5+ years of QA experience with a strong understanding of QA best practices.
- Expertise in at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript or Python.
- Prior experience building and enhancing custom automation frameworks.
- Experience using automation coverage tools to measure and track quality of automated test coverage.
- Detailed tracking and reporting of automation test coverage and related metrics.
- Familiarity with API testing using a tool like Postman.
- Experience working with modern web applications and technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jira, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for finding root cause solutions.
- A high bar for quality and understanding of accessible web design and polished user experience.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
