Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures are followed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
• Engage with customers and promote store specials and other marketing programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies and job instructions.
• Available to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
