At Urban Outfitters, Inc., we are seeking a talented FP Movement Stylist to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

• Act as a brand representative, embodying the company's values and creating an engaging store experience on the sales floor.
• Initiate conversations with customers, fostering personalized connections and promoting FP Movement events.
• Utilize technology to stay informed about events and special offers, enhancing the customer experience.

As a FP Movement Stylist, you will contribute to an inclusive philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others. You will collaborate with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.

Maintain FP Movement's visual and operational standards while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Support the shipment process to gain awareness of new products and adhere to safety standards and inventory accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
