Ministry Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as an Area Representative for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). This role involves engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches, athletes, and volunteers to live out their faith and share the Gospel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to support the FCA ministry in their local area.
  • Connect with and care for existing and prospective financial partners to ensure the ministry is fully funded.
  • Manage and steward finances for the assigned area of responsibility, including submitting an annual budget.
  • Collaborate with the Director to serve the global region through prayer, giving, and going.

Requirements:

  • Passion for leveraging athletics for the advancement of the Gospel.
  • Ability to engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage finances and budgets.
