This role requires a Bachelor's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or other computer-related disciplines. Up to 3 years of relevant experience working on small/medium-scale technology solution delivery engagements is also required.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Designing and developing technology-based solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless transitions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing input to senior analysts and delivery leads to build comprehensive implementation project plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience in testing or developing Salesforce Cloud and be proficient in SOQL/SOSL, Java, JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS. Basic knowledge of data modeling, automation through Process Builders & Workflows, security in SFDC classic and lightning, and Agile methodologies like XP/SCRUM is also desirable.
