Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing our recurring Inflight Entertainment Content (IFEC) programs, which involve collaborating with global teams and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure metadata and image assets meet OEM specifications.
- Handling the production and quality control of OEM metadata & images programs.
- Performing data management tasks, including normalizing and inputting content images, descriptive, and technical metadata to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communicating with OEM Program managers on day-to-day tasks, including client change requests and updates.
- Identifying and resolving technical and production issues, escalating to management as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience working with video/audio/subtitle/metadata and client service in Media & Entertainment or a similar industry.
- A strong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and technologies.
- Experience with the InFlight Entertainment industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- The ability to assess, adapt, and action-changing priorities and strategies.
- Able to work outside regular business hours to support when necessary.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop preferred.
