Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating strong relationships with coffee shop owners and baristas, driving brand awareness, and promoting trial experiences for Oatly. You will also be responsible for leveraging your network of influential individuals to advocate for Oatly and embody our brand values with enthusiasm and comprehensive product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy to establish Oatly Barista Edition as the leading dairy-free alternative in Toronto's coffee channel
- Cultivate strong relationships with coffee shop owners and baristas to drive brand awareness and promote trial experiences
- Advocate for Oatly through your network of influential individuals and embody our brand values with enthusiasm and comprehensive product knowledge
- Assist with the execution of larger activations across Toronto and be an inspiring ambassador for the brand
Requirements:
- Solid experience within the specialty coffee industry with demonstrable commercial experience
- Deep understanding of Toronto's coffee landscape, attuned to emerging trends and market dynamics
- The personality to succeed in this role – collaborative, energetic, flexible, humble, dedicated, supportive, reliable, positive, and trustworthy
