At Iris Software, we are seeking a skilled Senior PAS EMS/Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and compliance of global mobility tax compliance projects for clients mainly based in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client book of business and prioritize time-sensitive work with high quality.
- Review junior project coordinators' work and identify areas for process improvements.
- Collaborate with virtual teams and provide coaching and guidance to junior staff.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to drive engagement economics.
