About the Role: As a Pre-Sales Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering pre-sales technical support to customers, including sizing, selecting, and recommending equipment matching application requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with customers, Field Sales, and Field Service to provide presales application support and generate formal quotations.
  2. Work closely with customers to develop solutions meeting their needs, seize new opportunities, and use business drivers to guide actions.
  3. Evaluate project quantities and costs for major tenders in a timely manner.
  4. Prepare all technical documentation for bids.
  5. Lead customers through the sizing and selection process to choose equipment meeting their needs.

About You:

  • You have 2+ years of experience with sizing, selection, and quotation preparation in instrumentation.
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • You have proficiency in English (Intermediate/Advanced level) for speaking and understanding technical or commercial conversations.
  • You are willing to travel abroad for training.
