Accessibility Tester

We are seeking a skilled Accessibility Tester to join our team at AgileEngine. As an Accessibility Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software solutions are accessible to people with disabilities.

In this role, you will conduct accessibility audits and report violations. You will use automated tools to detect common issues and perform manual testing for deeper insights.

You will test keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and dynamic content updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accessibility from the design phase.

You will document issues, log them in bug tracking software, and create compliance reports.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in manual QA/testing with a focus on accessibility. They will also have strong knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and Section 508 standards.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with automated tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, and Pa11y. They should also be proficient in manual testing using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and ChromeVox.
