About the Role:

The Compliance Finance Specialist 2 will be responsible for managing financial reporting and analysis, funds management, and financial risk management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly analytical and have experience in general accounting or auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely, accurate and analytical reports of handled accounts as a result of the conducted financial and compliance monitoring.
  • Funds Management: Monitor funds entrusted to project sub-grantees and staff, including sub-grantee's compliance to Memorandum of Agreement or Contract and financial reconciliation and staffs compliance to finance policies and procedures.
  • Financial Risk Management: Conduct monitoring on the Units compliance to internal policies and project agreements, review compliance of all staff to established financial business processes, and identify areas for improvement or enhancement of financial policies, systems and procedures.
  • Others: Maintain an organized filing system for documents or records or reports, provide direct assistance to external auditors in the conduct of their audit, and perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and or management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • At least 2 years experience in general accounting or 1 year in accounting of similar organization and with experience in Auditing
  • Computer literate; Excellent communication skills; highly analytical
