We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Montessori Educator to join our founding team at Guidepost Montessori in San Rafael, CA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

About the Role:

As a Lead Montessori Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators in delivering high-quality Montessori education to children aged 3 months to 12 years. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and creativity in our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators in delivering Montessori education to children aged 3 months to 12 years.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
  • Mentor and support educators in their professional development and growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication among educators and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 6 ECE credits completed or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with children aged 3 months to 12 years in a group setting.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
