Talent Connect is seeking a highly experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our team in a leader pharmaceutical company. As a key member of our global transformation program, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements and implementing SAP solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and execute a global transformation program, ensuring standardization and best practices.
  • Documentation and Testing: Create program documentation, including business flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and perform testing, including business simulation testing, user acceptance testing, and integration testing.
  • Training and Development: Develop training materials and deliver training to ensure successful implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, including system cutover, data migration, and system deployment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and business process improvement, with a focus on supply chain management.
  • Skills: Expertise in SAP MM and WM, supply chain management, data migration, and business process improvement.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Expertise in Agile software and program deployment methodology.
  • Experience in global/regional projects/programs in associated business function.
  • Level of English: C1+/Native.
