Motorpoint, the UK's leading omnichannel car retailer, seeks a skilled Payroll Administrator to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in payroll administration, particularly supporting payroll outsourcing.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of Motorpoint's monthly payroll. This includes receiving, checking, and sending payroll data to our payroll agents in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all new starters are entered onto the payroll system.
  • Process leavers and calculate relevant monies owed, such as holiday pay and redundancy payments.
  • Administer benefits, including Smart Tech, Cycle to Work, and Healthcare.

In addition, the Payroll Administrator will process timesheet information, manage ECOS schemes, and ensure compliance with PAYE and RTI regulations.

This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Finance and other colleagues to ensure seamless payroll operations.

The estimated salary for this role is £23,400 per annum, based on a 20-hour working week.
