You will be responsible for driving retention, expansion, and advocacy with our global clients. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to see the bigger picture.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are self-motivated, organized, and able to navigate complex client organizations, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role
This is a customer-facing position that requires you to be proactive, independent, and driven. You will work closely with internal teams to stay up-to-date with new system functionalities and their use cases. Your ability to analyze data, recommend relevant enhancements, and guide customers on best practices will be key to your success.
