ROLE

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that software development teams apply the Testing Methodology (SOP) and collaborate with them to guarantee product and solution quality at every stage of the development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain test strategies to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports to evaluate program quality.
  • Identify and report bugs, and ensure that the defect tracking system is up-to-date.
  • Use quality and tracking tools to monitor progress and ensure that automated tests integrate with continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Communicate effectively with assigned projects and development teams to ensure that quality goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain test automation skills, with a focus on Java and Selenium.
PROFILE:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead who can join our team at SICPA. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education.
  • Certified ISQTB.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solution quality assurance roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in test automation and manual testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to coordinate with all functional levels in the organization.
  • Fluency in English.
