The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the high-quality preparation of cakes, desserts and sweets in the in-house patisserie according to specified recipes using fresh products of the highest quality for match days in various locations. This will involve presenting and arranging dishes according to customer specifications, coordination of preparation work and shared responsibility for a smooth organization and workflow in the patisserie, compliance with delivery times, quality standards and hygiene guidelines.
