Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales operations professional to support our Sales Team in Americas Theater. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Sales Leaders: Assist in defining sales strategies, running funnel team meetings, and providing data-driven insights.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze sales funnel data and provide actionable recommendations using SFDC, Power BI, MS Excel, and Microsoft Data Warehouse.
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
  4. Forecasting: Run forecast calls, analyze data, and reconcile with the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Power BI, MS Excel, and Microsoft Data Warehouse.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and optimize resources.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
