Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performer Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patrons have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive at the theatre.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons in a friendly and courteous manner
• Hand out program books and direct patrons to their correct seats
• Answer questions about the theatre on performance evenings
• Enforce house rules and provide quality patron service in a busy environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the seating layout and ability to navigate it
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds

Work Schedule

A flexible evening schedule is required, and the ability to stand for extended periods of time is necessary.
