Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at MR DIY Philippines. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including the cash drawer and surrounding areas.
  • Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
  • Handle exchanges and refunds efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree (in Business course or any 4-year course).
  • Has sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Has the ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
  • Average communication and people skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to work in SM City Rosario.
