You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and monitor operational KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive business results. Your ability to pull data from various databases and perform ad-hoc reporting will be crucial in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute performance management metrics reviews (cost, speed, quality, etc.) for all transportation services and derive improvement plans.
