Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper

At LatamCent, we are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger, as well as preparing financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Process payroll and benefits, including tax compliance and reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements, and manage cash flow.
  • Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies, and perform month-end and year-end close.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and accounting software platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of organization and time management.
  • Experience working with small businesses in under 50 million in annual revenue.
