Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with experience in managing end-to-end data projects, analyzing large datasets, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading quantitative analysis and A/B testing to evaluate revenue growth, identifying opportunities to optimize take rates, assortment expansion, and average order value (AOV).
  2. Overseeing project development from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  3. Mentoring and coaching analysts on ongoing projects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  4. Monitoring business performance and market trends, presenting key findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Advancing the team's analytics capabilities, processes, and documentation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Developing and sharing analysis of key metrics, such as acquisition cost, lifetime value, churn, and AOV.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Evidence of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong logical thinking, preferably with experience in management consulting and/or investment banking.
  • A deep understanding of experimentation design, monitoring, and analysis, including rigorous A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience working with large datasets, such as transactional data or customer data, to derive actionable business insights.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in technical tools like Python, although not required, are highly valued.
  • Excellent presentation skills, enabling you to effectively communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and creativity are essential.
  • Fluency in English language.
