Role Overview

Monks is seeking a talented Senior Designer to further their skills in digital asset design. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to produce high-quality digital ads and assets for a renowned brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design static visuals for various channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.
  • Develop impeccable production skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Work alongside designers and clients to provide production expertise and mechanical/template building.
  • Collaborate with a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to produce world-class work across time zones.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect designs and work with QA testers to safeguard quality.
  • Adhere to guidelines and maintain consistency across ad formats, dimensions, and languages.
  • Work directly with art directors on the client side, representing MediaMonks from a design perspective.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of Figma/Sketch is a plus.
  • Ai generation experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take charge of small tasks.
  • Contribute to different stages of the production process.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to cope with rapid change.
  • Commitment to process efficiencies and repetitive tasks.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with designers globally.
