About the Role

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Associate Actuary to join our team. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for pricing life insurance products, including Term, Whole Life, and Index Universal Life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and reconcile data for reserve analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze and present loss and loss adjustment expense reserves for assigned book of business using various actuarial methodologies.
  • Maintain and modernize analysis tools in Excel, R, and MG ALFA.
  • Aggregating and rolling up enterprise loss and loss adjustment expense information.
  • Ensure financial reporting compliance with insurance legislation and regulations.
  • Support reserving meetings with Executives and the Board of Governors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the field.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as actuarial science, mathematics, insurance, data science, economics, business, engineering, or computer science.
Preferred Skills
  • Financial reporting: entry-level.
  • Data management: intermediate.
  • Understanding of US insurance company operations.
  • Business-oriented focus, motivated, self-directed, organized, and analytical.
