Clinical Nurse Specialist at Christus Health. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the assigned units.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unit's standards of care.
- Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization.
- Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date.
Environment:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills appropriate to the age/type of patient population served and be knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care. You will communicate in a clear concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of the patient and work in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated, smoke-free environment.
