About This Position
">This Junior Accountant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our financial management team and contribute to the success of our private equity business.
As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in accounting and finance.
Your Key Responsibilities
">- Prepare, analyze, and interpret general ledger, financial statements, and related supporting documents.
- Perform full-cycle general accounting and month-end close activities.
- Assist with Accounts Payables/Receivables and perform account reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger, assist with audit and tax preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
- Develop monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit, and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with US state charitable solicitation registrations.
- Prepare Events PL and full expense monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting to upper management upon request.
- Maintain financial records for affiliate companies and investor accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, other balance sheet accounts, and investor activity.
- Update and maintain Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
