Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success in our Argentina region
- Provide financial guidance and support to our business partners, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with regional and market teams to identify data-driven strategic recommendations
- Partner with LT members to execute key product launches and implement growth strategies
- Liaise with GBS to upgrade and implement an appropriate system of policies and internal controls optimization procedures
- Propose controls to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement in controls and compliance activities across the business
Requirements: Master's in Finance discipline or MBA, 5+ years of experience in senior financial roles, preferably in a biopharmaceutical commercial setting, strong understanding of gross to net, portfolio margin dynamics, VEP analytics, and COGS.
