- The successful candidate will work closely with teams and individuals to lead meetings, pre-starts, and safety-related training.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of operational safety, health, environment, and QA policies and programs is crucial.
- Incident investigations and reporting will be an integral part of this role.
- A minimum Cert IV in WHS and Cert IV Training & Assessing (or willingness to obtain) are mandatory requirements.
- At least two years of experience in Health and Safety, Environmental, Health or similar is necessary.
- Experience in incident investigations (ICAM preferred) and knowledge of HACCP principles are highly desirable.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills are essential.
