Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide finance process and system technical support while adhering to key SLAs.
- Contribute to the improvement of underlying processes and user support requirements through your hands-on experience.
- Participate in and lead system improvement and enhancement projects, including tracking progress, capturing project goals and requirements, user acceptance testing, user training, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets allocated to respective teams.
- Interact with various stakeholders in the Finance function to understand and enable their requirements in terms of systems performance and support; partner with teams to ensure monthly activities are performed per agreed schedule.
- Support month-end close, year-end close activities, and quarterly and annual planning exercises.
- Assist finance stakeholders in pulling data and reports for audit queries, FERC reporting, and process master data change/update requests.
