Umbral Capital Humano is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems, ensuring seamless operations for our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software within the Umbral Capital Humano infrastructure.
- Develop and implement effective server backup procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software resources.
- Create and update technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Communicate effectively with the Director of Operations and peers regarding tasks and projects.
- Address security compliance-related tasks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Provide sysadmin/DevOps assistance to the support team and implementation teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration or technical support.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English.
