At SupportYourApp, we are a multinational company providing secure technical support services to clients globally. We work with over 30 countries and communicate in more than 60 languages.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Training Lead to oversee our training processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an engaging environment for trainees to participate and share feedback.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills (C1 level), 13 years of experience in a Training Lead role, analytical and research skills, and a positive attitude.

This is a fixed-schedule position (5 days, Monday-Sunday, 6 AM-12 PM UTC) that offers full remote work flexibility, inclusive international environment, compensation in USD, good bonuses for referring friends, paid intensive training and probation, work-life balance, and responsive management interested in your growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the training process and work with a large group of trainees
  • Create an engaging environment for trainees to participate and share/provide feedback
  • Evaluate and optimize training processes for efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English skills (C1 level)
  • 13 years of experience in a Training Lead role
