Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering peers and leads to build out data pipeline processes and services at scale.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines across various data sources.
- Develop and maintain initiatives around data quality, monitoring, and processing of customer data.
- Ensure engineering designs are guided by high performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering data engineering solutions.
- Experience working with diverse data sets from relational databases to unstructured datasets in Hadoop.
- Proficiency in Airflow and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong ability to perform design and code reviews.
