We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Thegradcafe. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement patient care plans tailored to the needs of diverse patient populations.
- Ensure the delivery of safe and efficient care, adhering to our unit's standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current New Mexico RN license or compact state license.
- BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire date.
- Other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
- Work in a clean, well-lighted, and ventilated smoke-free environment.
- Exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays.
- Varied working hours with flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes and emergencies.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and prolonged standing/walking.
- Heavy physical effort required for patient transfers and equipment handling.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination necessary for daily tasks.
