At International SOS Government Medical Services, we are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Social Work Advisor to join our team. This exciting opportunity is for a Supervisory Behavioral Health Advisor (SBHA) who will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavioral health assessments and interventions.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the National Program Director and the National Medical Director, collaborating with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The SBHA will develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health assessments and interventions in accordance with the policies and protocols listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health assessments and interventions
- Provide supervisory oversight of one or more Behavioral Health Advisors (non-supervisory)
- Provide Operational Behavioral Health (BH) advice, support, and coordination to Sector leadership and CBP staff
Requirements:
- Mastery's degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Current, active, valid, and unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Minimum three years of experience as a LCSW
- Minimum five years of supervisory/managerial experience
