Global Payroll Support Analyst

The Global Payroll Support Analyst position is a key member of the Global Payroll Operations Team. The analyst will act as an expert with knowledge in all areas of payroll operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between payroll operations, HRIS operations, and business unit customers.
- Ensure the team meets the desired level of customer service through operational support.
- Provide primary support to users and resolve questions in all areas of HCM specifically payroll and employee self-service.
Work Environment:
- Multidisciplinary work environment with collaboration from HR, employees, other departments, and external vendors.
- Dynamic work pace with changing priorities and deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of related work experience preferably in a multi-division, multi-state environment.
- Ability to understand tax and payroll laws changes and setup to ensure proper taxation on paychecks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
