As a Sales Engineer at Spirax-Sarco Engineering, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in key sectors such as Food & Beverage, Water and Mining.

\

About the Role:

\
  • This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in key territories.
  • You will work closely with our technical teams to provide customers with innovative solutions to their complex challenges.
  • Strong customer relationships are essential to success in this role, so you must be able to build trust and credibility with customers at all levels.
  • You will also be responsible for managing your territory's sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to customer needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.

Requirements:

\
  • Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think creatively and take calculated risks.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
