\As a Sales Engineer at Spirax-Sarco Engineering, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in key sectors such as Food & Beverage, Water and Mining.
\About the Role:
\- This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in key territories.
- You will work closely with our technical teams to provide customers with innovative solutions to their complex challenges.
- Strong customer relationships are essential to success in this role, so you must be able to build trust and credibility with customers at all levels.
- You will also be responsible for managing your territory's sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to customer needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Requirements:
\- Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think creatively and take calculated risks.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
