Global Salesforce CRM Administrator

As our new Salesforce CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our Salesforce CRM platform to enhance business development and marketing operations.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Administrator who has previously worked for a Global SaaS business with a proven track record in overseeing Salesforce CRM/CPQ related integrations, migrations, and automations. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Salesforce CPQ and best practice processes, with a strong understanding of how effective use of a CRM and CPQ system can support business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing pipeline data to ensure accuracy and relevance through regular reporting checks and analysis
- Oversight of contact data cleansing and data upload activities to ensure data integrity
- Maintenance of price books and production of regular reporting for Business Development, Customer Success teams, Finance, and Senior Management
- Training colleagues to use our CRM system effectively, ensuring they are correctly entering data into the CRM and there are appropriate system controls and processes

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately $85,000 per annum, considering the company's scale, industry, and location. However, this figure may vary based on individual factors and negotiations.
