About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solution Architect to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital experiences that meet customer needs
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Work with global and segment marketing teams to produce consumer engagement campaigns
  • Operate in the product model, using Agile methodology, and DevSecOps scope for integration and delivery capabilities
  • Use a metric and KPI-based performance framework to measure the success of product improvements
  • Monitor KPIs and provide reporting to key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute product initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Identify and prioritize new features and optimizations based on business objectives, metrics, and analysis
  • Understand our overall company performance and priorities and translate that understanding into product roadmap decisions
  • Work closely with related disciplines and subject matter experts as well as other product teams to secure the resources, features, and functionality that the Experience and Data products require
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to continually improve the user experience, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and anticipate and mitigate key pain points to minimize customer service issues and time to market of new integrations
  • Coordinate external vendors, contracts, relationships, and technical requirements to continue to develop and enhance the platforms
  • Provide regular communication to management on status updates related to operations, including project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
  • Embody a growth mindset, from an experimentation mentality to data analysis abilities, and lead a team to achieve the desired results and outcomes
