Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Expert to join our team at Scale Up Recruiting Partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to deliver high-quality insights that inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
">- Contribute to and drive analytics initiatives that support business needs and enhance measurable performance.
- Generate data products in Power BI and other mediums as key outputs of analytics activities, driven by stakeholder requirements and business priorities.
- Act as a consultative partner to internal stakeholders by engaging proactively to understand their data needs and translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Deliver original insights based on data analysis to help improve business outcomes and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives & key results (OKRs).
- Collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team to define and scope requirements for ETL pipelines and data flows, ensuring alignment with analytics and business needs.
- Support the validation and troubleshooting of ETL processes and data pipelines, working alongside Data Engineers to maintain data integrity and accessibility for reporting purposes.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of data as a core business asset, acting as a steward of data integrity and accuracy, and exercising diligence in preparing reports and analyses to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analytics, with proven ability to deliver on complex analytical projects.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, especially Microsoft Power BI, and proficiency in SQL required; familiarity with Python, R, or similar technologies preferred.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts highly preferred, though not required for development.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on data flows and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability and comfort in engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
- Proactive, problemsolving mindset with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver highimpact data solutions.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic, and deadlinedriven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating constraints proactively.
