We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our AI projects portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery.
You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide delivery insights and assess project feasibility during the presales phase. Your expertise in crafting proposals, project timelines, and cost estimates will ensure alignment with our delivery capabilities.
In this role, you will lead the discovery phase, creating delivery plans and estimating resources. You will identify resource needs based on project pipelines and business objectives, and recruit, onboard, and allocate skilled professionals from the market.
As a leader, you will provide guidance and mentorship to team members, conducting performance reviews and setting goals. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in delivery/project management or other relevant roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing fixed bid contracts, including budgeting, planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring, staffing, and conflict resolution.
- Strong ability to motivate and align teams toward common goals.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and manage expectations.
