We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager in France to develop and engage with channel partners, increasing brand awareness, driving revenue, and expanding market share. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Identify and recruit new resellers in the region through in-person visits and outreach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, including resellers and system integrators.
  • Promote the Rocware brand and UCC products to customers and new partners.
  • Drive regional marketing activities aligned with our global strategy.
  • Analyze the regional market's potential and gather valid product requirements.

Requirements

">
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel development or UCC relevant sales.
  • Proficient in French and English.
  • Relevant industry background in UCC, Video conference, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in business (or equivalent), engineering, or IT.
  • Travel may be required to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and self-motivation are essential for success.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 to €100,000, depending on qualifications and experience. A competitive benefits package is also available.
