Job Description:
Bullpen Talent is seeking an experienced M&A Director - PropTech to join their team. This role will focus on sourcing and evaluating M&A and strategic investment initiatives that support Bullpen Talent's growth strategy in North America.
Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and assess potential acquisitions and strategic investments within PropTech, Hospitality Tech, and Real Estate Technology.
  2. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  3. Lead financial, operational, and strategic due diligence efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development, with a focus on PropTech, Hospitality Tech, or Real Estate Technology.
  • Strong industry relationships in real estate, hospitality, and property technology.
  • Proven ability to prepare investment presentations and financial reports for senior executives and board members.
