Restaurant Shift Manager

The Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise of Wendy's restaurants in the USA, operating 40 locations across five states and employing over 1,000 people. We are committed to providing a positive work environment and promoting from within.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager by training and leading a team of crew members each shift.
  2. Develop and mentor staff to ensure a warm and welcoming work and dining environment.
  3. Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to maintain QSC standards.
  4. Maximize store sales and profit goals through effective leadership and decision-making.
  5. Ensure the protection of Wendy's brand and assets.
  6. Demonstrate a drive for results and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. At least 18 years of age.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  3. Minimum of one year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required.
  4. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
